What does MUVAWAY do?

MUVAWAY connects owners and tenants for seasonal rentals in Mallorca. We check listings and ownership documents, provide tenancy templates and support both sides from the enquiry through to move-out.

Is direct chat available yet?

Direct chat between owners and tenants is being prepared. Until it launches, MUVAWAY coordinates your enquiry with the owner and helps by email or WhatsApp.

Who signs the tenancy agreement?

The owner and tenant sign with each other. MUVAWAY provides seasonal tenancy templates and helps with questions. The tenant pays rent and deposit directly to the owner.

Who helps during the tenancy?

The owner is your contact for the property and repairs. MUVAWAY helps with questions about the process and stays available through to move-out.

How long can I rent for?

MUVAWAY offers stays of one to ten months. Every tenancy needs a real, documented temporary purpose, such as work, study, renovation, medical treatment or a fixed project, and the agreement records that purpose before signature.

What documents do I need as a tenant?

For the enquiry your rental profile is enough, about ten minutes — we only need your ID card or passport once the owner has accepted. Depending on your reason for staying, an additional document can make sense; we tell you in advance what your property requires.
