- Once signed, the contract is binding. Cancelling does not automatically forfeit the rent advance or deposit – refunds follow the contract and the circumstances.
- If the home differs materially from its description at handover, you may withdraw and get everything back.
- After move-in the agreed fixed term applies; there is no ordinary early termination.
- If the owner cancels, the full refund is initiated within 5 banking days.
Our service fee only arises with the handover of the keys. No handover, no fee.
